Urban Foodies: Shake Shack

Join us as we get an insider's tour of Danny Meyer's famous Shake Shack in Madison Square Park. We'll learn fun facts including what's in their prize burgers, what's in a concrete, how they use wind power for electricity, and how long the line really is on a nice day. To top it all off, we'll eat a ShackBurger for lunch and make our own sundaes with their famous frozen custard.

This class is part of our Urban Foodies Class Series where kids go behind the scenes of New York's best restaurants, bakeries, and gourmet markets. We'll take a private tour, interact with the staff, sample signature dishes, and learn to make their signature dish! Urban Foodies classes are designed to introduce kids to the inter-workings of restaurants, explore different cuisines, and expand their palate.
